I was born in 1971 in a hospital called in the Coombe, Dublin City. I grew up in a once small town called Tallaght, south west of Dublin. The view from my bedroom was of the Dublin Mountains which you have a clear view of the Hellfire club. Both the Hellfire and early 80s horror films fuelled my interest in the Paranormal

Dublin is an amazing place and I really miss it. In 1998 I moved to Sydney with 2 of my friends, Cormac and Shaggy and it was there I met my wife, Seiko. Between 1998 and 2003 we spent some time in Ireland, Japan, England and Europe before moving to Auckland in 2003 where we now live with our 2 boys and our dog called Rocky.
During those years I started getting more involved in the paranormal following my experience at Teddington Studios (London). In around 2012 I joined the paranormal team Haunted Auckland but left after 2 years. I was then involved in a major car crash and on recovery was invited to a few local haunted locations and decided to start investigating again. I teamed up with Lisa Ward and we started doing some small investigations, with our first one at the Just Plane Interesting antiques store in West Auckland. The team, once called ,Save our Historic Buildings New Zealand, then became Haunted New Zealand. In 2024, Barbara Caisley and I decided to expand, forming a new team called Paranormal Researchers. Lisa Ward now lives in England and has started her own team, Rippon Paranormal. Haunted New Zealand are now a very successful team, based in the Auckland Region.
Japan
Since 1998 I have spent a lot of time in Japan with my wife and family, and managed to get to some of the most haunted locations. Usually I only see them from the outside but in some cases they have public access. I am posting and sharing all these stories and videos through the Paranormal Researchers media platforms (Facebook and Instragram) so Like and Share for updates. Above we can see some of the locations that will be posted, Hiroshima was an incredible place to see but out of respect I won't be posting anything paranormal from here. There is a picture of me in the icy cold and snow, hiking through the cold Kyoto mountains. My wife and I on our wedding day, one of the best days of my life.
New Zealand
With my dad in Ireland, Waitomo caves hotel, Edinburgh Castle Scotland, The Kentish Hotel, Puhoi Centennial Hall, Napier Prison's Hanging yard, Larnach Castle Dunedin, The Lady Bowen, The Bluestone Room
The last few years with Haunted New Zealand have been very exciting ones, traveling all over New Zealand and having some amazing experiences. We have made many friends and got access to places that we had only dreamed of. However, Paranormal Researchers was set up to be a more active and problem solving team and we aim to debunk and disprove so we are left only with the evidence that we cannot explain. As of Feb 2024 we are virtually unknown, with only 110 followers but that's not a priority, we aim to work with others and try to make the paranormal scene a friendly and more productive one, which may lead to getting teams more access to paranormal venues.
